IIR PRIHATINAWATI
is my name. If you are looking for a yoga practice or for a bodyworker, you are in a right place. I am a Registered Experience Teacher with Yoga Alliance, member of Forrest yoga hoop. I had flying teaching hours over 4000, over 750 hours of trainings and assistings anatomy, bodywork and myofascial release, over 20 years meditation practices and a natural breath work as of living with asthma.
I set up yoga classes in Cambridge to built a community and to give the practitioners the options of practicing with independent teachers. The classes are now online.
YOGA is a big part in my life, I promote safe practice so we can simply practices longer. I encourage mindfulness by closely watch our breath and how it connected to our thoughts, emotions, and movements. I give hand assist, adjustment and details cues so we can engage the necessary muscles and understand our biomechanics before we go deeper in our practice. I guarantee by the end, you will feel energised and positive, physically and mentally.
In BODYWORK, I promote kind touches as well as deep breathing to connect within our body. I am not trying to fix you, I am trying to be part of your team. To help you to reconnect within yourself by breathing in deeply to maximise the usage of your breathing peripherals and hence find the ease in exhaling from places you hold back, places that create tenses, tenderness, discomfort.
