Yoga bodywork adding the deeper layers of practice into certain goal toward the health and wellbeing of certain part of the body or certain path of the practice. The specific goals makes it easier for each person both the teacher and the student to connect and adsorb the intention and attention in each of the way

For family and friends, group arranged by the client. Booking is a must
A specific combination of yoga practice and certain allignment folleowed with modification work to certain muscular or scheletal. Designed specific target of injury; to strengthen specific muscularscheletal; to release any heavy tightness; or ti just feeling good.
